Spix AI (“we,” “our,” or “the App”) is committed to protecting user privacy. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, how it is processed, and the safeguards applied when you use the App.

Spix AI requires authentication to access core features.

When signing in with Apple, we may receive:

This information is used exclusively for authentication and account management. It is not used for marketing purposes.
Guest users are assigned a temporary identifier to enable functionality.
We collect only data necessary to operate the App.

Media used for face-swapping features
Uploaded content may contain human faces.
If uploaded media contains faces, the App may process facial feature information to generate requested outputs.
“Face Data” means visual characteristics of facial features within uploaded media.

Identify real-world individuals
Authenticate identity using biometric data
Store biometric templates
Generate persistent facial embeddings
Use facial data for surveillance or tracking
Face Data is processed only to complete the requested AI transformation.

Advertising Identifier (IDFA), subject to user authorization
All payments are processed by Apple via In-App Purchases.

Spix AI provides artificial intelligence-powered functionality, including:
Text-to-image generation
Image-to-video generation

All AI computations are performed on infrastructure that we own and operate.
The App does not integrate with, send data to, or rely on any third-party AI service providers, including but not limited to:
OpenAI
Google AI
Stability AI
Midjourney
Any external AI platform or inference API
No user content is transmitted to external AI providers.
All AI processing:
Occurs only in response to explicit user actions
Is fully automated
Does not involve human review
Does not use uploaded content to train AI systems
User-uploaded content is not stored long-term.
Uploaded images and generated content are deleted after processing is completed.
We do not maintain permanent storage of user-generated media.
Users may delete content manually at any time within the App.
We do not retain uploaded content beyond what is technically necessary to complete the requested task.
No persistent facial data or biometric records are stored.
Information collected is used solely to:
Deliver AI-generated outputs
Maintain account access
Verify subscriptions
Improve performance and stability
Detect abuse or misuse

We do not use user data for behavioral profiling or independent advertising.

Request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before accessing IDFA
Do not access IDFA without user authorization
Do not sell advertising identifiers
Do not use IDFA for personalized advertising within the App
Users can modify tracking permissions via device settings at any time.
Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded content complies with applicable laws.
By submitting content, you confirm that:
You have the necessary rights to use it
You have obtained consent from identifiable individuals
The content does not infringe privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights
The App enforces content standards and may remove content that:
Violates privacy rights
Contains unlawful or abusive material
Impersonates individuals
Infringes copyrights
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.
